AEEESJ is committed to transparent publication-fee information. Authors should be able to understand whether any submission, review, or publication charge applies before submitting a manuscript.

1. Submission Fee
AEEESJ does not charge a manuscript submission fee.
2. Peer-Review Fee
AEEESJ does not charge a peer-review fee. Peer review is conducted as part of the journal’s editorial process.
3. Article Processing Charge
During the current relaunch stage, AEEESJ does not charge an article processing charge for accepted manuscripts. If a publication fee is introduced in the future, the amount, payment process, waiver policy, and conditions will be clearly published on this page before submission.
4. No Hidden Charges
AEEESJ will not request undisclosed publication charges after acceptance. Any applicable fee policy must be visible before manuscript submission.
5. Waivers and Special Cases
If fees are introduced later, AEEESJ may provide waiver or discount options for eligible authors, institutions, or special issues. Such conditions must be stated clearly and applied transparently.
